As weve found out, horse property on the mid Oregon coast is sometimes hard to find. Our first place we found here, on tacktrader, so I thought it might be a good place to let people know ours will soon be listed. We are downsizing. Being riverfront of almost 1000ft, useful pasture and land is closer to 5+ acres. Across road from acres of accessible timber land for hiking/riding. The house is in the middle of a squished football shaped parcel. New pole barn with concrete floor, big enough to tons of hay, adding stalls, and storing equipment or horse trailer. Another older barn has a box stall and hay, tack or equipment storage (about 1 car stall size), another barn has a box stall in process, and a few box stall sized spaces built for pigs-so a short wall down part of them. Weve used for various animals. House is officially 2 bed, 1 bath. Attic is a 3rd big bedroom and 1/2 bath but currently accessed by pull down stairs. Well water.
