Very well-kept 3-horse slant load steel gooseneck with AC unit and small living space. Complete rewiring just finished by professional at a cost of almost $2000. Four 20 amp breakers. Also had bearings gone through and repacked. Floor is in great shape, tires are in good shape. Rear tack has 3 sliding saddle racks. Total floor length is 16 with 2 foot short wall. Walk-through door to horse area and front escape door on first stall. Currently no spare tire, but I will find one if its a deal breaker. Pulled easily with my 1/2 ton truck. Clean title in hand. Average rust for age, but very sound. Reason for parting with it is that both my horses are now retired so its no longer needed. Includes a dorm-size fridge. Not interested in any trades.
