I purchased this new in 2004. I had the ramp added. I had a stud wall added. it has a removable, movable saddle rack. comes with portable potty and sink. I bought a drawer and step system for easy bed access. I just don use it since my driving horse dried. 7ft tall 7 feet wide. I also bought a special drill that cranks up and sown the Jack.
