A friend of mine is leaving the horse-world and is selling some of their saddles, this handmade JJ Maxwell Tack & Saddle Co. of Anderson, California is one of them. It has the JJ Maxwell makers plaque, the makers stamp on the back of the saddle, and the JJ Maxwell identification number.
This is a quality Wade-style trail saddle with a comfortable, balanced seat, rawhide bindings, latigos, leather covered bell stirrups, and traditional Maxwell construction.
Saddle is used and in good overall condition, with normal but minimal wear from use. Fleece is intact.
